Q: What is Arkansas Million Dollar Raffle (“Raffle”)?
A: Raffle is a limited-time game available only in Arkansas. Each ticket costs $10 and has a Raffle number from 000001 to 500000.
Q: What makes Raffle a limited-time game?
A: Only 500,000 Raffle tickets will be sold. Once ticket 500000 has been sold, no more Raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
Q: When is the drawing?
A: The drawing is scheduled to occur on April 7, 2011. The draw date and winning numbers will be posted on the website.
Q: Can I enter Raffle tickets in Play It Again?
A: No. Only instant (scratch-off) tickets may be entered into Play It Again.
Q: How do instant-win Raffle prizes work?
A: Every 25th Raffle ticket generated will produce a $20 instant win. The $20 prize can be claimed immediately at the retailer. Keep the Raffle ticket that generated the instant win for the drawing.

Q: How much do Raffle tickets cost?
A: Each Raffle ticket showing one Raffle number costs $10.
Q: Can I select my own Raffle number?
A: No. Raffle tickets are sold in sequential order across the state.
Q: Can a ticket be canceled?
A: No. Raffle tickets cannot be canceled.
Prizes and Claims
Q: Do Raffle tickets expire?
A: Prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the draw date.
Q: Do I have to match the numbers in the exact order drawn?
A: To win a drawing prize, your 6-digit Raffle number must be identical to one of the 6-digit Raffle numbers drawn.
Q: Can I claim a prize with a store receipt?
A: Prizes can only be claimed with a printed Raffle ticket. Store receipts will not constitute proof of purchase. Always sign the back of any lottery ticket immediately.
